Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 (after any discounts, before tax). For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat $4.95. Expedited shipping is $5.99 on any order. Rates are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your order in real time. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us and we'll help you out.
Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled from our US-based fulfilment centre. This means no international shipping delays, no customs fees, and fast delivery direct to your door.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@wristifyusa.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@wristifyusa.com with a photo of the damage and we'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
