30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Wristify strap. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@wristifyusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or colour, we're happy to exchange your item. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
